This is a very common question. The best place to find out is the Event Schedule. Look for the Registration of your event.
This year we are doing a bib collection from Runners Paradise Shop. Runners will need to bring a photo of the following mandatory gear to receive their BIB, as per the guidelines:
46k/23k - Waterproof Jacket and Snake Bandage
12k - Waterproof Jacket and Torch
Address: Shop 1/130 South Parade, Blackburn VIC 3130
Registration/bib collection is at the Event Village at the Kalorama Memorial Reserve.
Note that the 23k/46k runners need to do a Mandatory Gear check before receiving their bib. So bring all of you gear to the registration!

Yes! We have two food vendors and a coffee vendor open all day. We have ensured there will be a variety of options for all food preferences. The village is very spacious and a comfortable area to hang around a relax all day.

Yes, we have many toilets available at the event village to cater to the large volume of runners needing to use them before their races. We do encourage people to arrive earlier than they normally would to ensure we don't have a last minute toilet rush.
There are also plenty of toilets available at Doongalla Aid Station.

Unfortunately it is not straightforward to get to the event via Public Transport.
However it is possible to catch the 7:06am Train from Croyden Station. This is the 688 bus line. Get off at Jeeves Ave/Mt Dandenong Tourist Rd and you will arrive with no time to spare for the 46k at 7:24am.
Or catch the same 688 bus line from the Upper Ferntree Gully side. The first bus leaves at 7:01am and get off at 7:32am at Kalorama Oval/Mt Dandenong Tourist Rd.
There is more info for the 23k/12k runners HERE

Yes, but it is LIMITED. It is essential that people carpool as much as possible. We do not have enough parking for everyone to come in ones and twos.
Parking is managed by the First Ferny Creek Scout Troop for $10 per car, per day.
NOTE: Cash preferred (it’s faster), though EFTPOS is available. All car parking funds raised are retained by this awesome local community group.
All car parking is at owner’s risk.

Car Parking at SkyHigh Dandenong for the 23k Runners
Address: 26 Observatory Rd, Mount Dandenong VIC 3767
Car Park opens at 6:30 am for a first shuttle departure around 6:45 am
We have secured 200 parking spaces at SkyHigh for 23k runners only. We will be rotating 2 x 50 seat coaches between SkyHigh and the Event Village. The drive between the two locations is 6 minutes. There will be a shuttle leaving every 15 minutes or so from SkyHigh from 6:45 am to 8:15 am. For the return journey, there will be a rolling shuttle taking finishers back to their cars at SkyHigh between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Parking will cost $10 per car to be paid at the gate to the SkyHigh staff member. This is the same price as the car park at Kalorama Reserve. The car park at Kalorama will fill up by around 8:00 am with all the 46k runners who drive to the race as well as the early 23k runners.
If you want peace of mind, don’t even come to Kalorama Oval to park, but rather head straight to SkyHigh, park and catch the Shuttle bus down to the event village.
Note: 46k runners are not encouraged to park at SkyHigh since we cannot shuttle them back to their cars unless they finish reliably before 2 pm.
The reason for this late edition of overflow parking is the sharp increase in entries we have seen over the last few weeks and months. Last year the car park filled up perfectly with our 800 runners. This year it will reliably overflow with our 1200 runners. So even with this new overflow parking for the 23k runners, please still carpool!
